Fall Soccer Has Begun

Fall soccer has begun and it is HOT!!! Ashlyn started practices last week and of course the weather was out of control. It was 111 degrees outside the day of the first practice. We brought tons of water and the girls had water breaks about every 5 minutes or so. Even with all of that Ashlyn's face was bright red. She had a great time. She is happy to be on the same team with her friends this year. Last season they played 3 on 3, but this season they will move to 4 on 4. I'm really excited for Ashlyn. She improved so much last season. I hope that she continues to improve greatly this season. She is on a very young and inexperienced team, so we aren't expecting any wins, but hopefully the girls will have fun anyway.
